You also give a share of your revenue to them. You get a better deal (80% rather than 70%) if you pay for a pro package at £35, $50 or 50 Euros a year.

CDs can other hard copies can be sold through Amazon.  Amazon offer two different levels of service.  The lower level has no monthly fee but a charge of £0.86(.co.uk) or $0.99(.com) is payable per item sold and has limited features.  The higher level has a £28.75(.co.uk) or $39.99(.com) per month charge and has far more features.

Amazon MP3 don’t accept individual submissions.  To sell your music through Amazon MP3 you have to be signed up with a digital distributor (or aggregator).  Most music aggregators distribute to Amazon MP3.
